CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



On 2nd September 2005 SIA Merks and AS Valmieras Stikla Skiedra concluded

the design- and construction contract for building additional facilities

for the glass fibre factory in Valmiera. 



Total price of the contract is LVL 3 700 000 plus VAT and the works have to

be completed by April 2006.
