ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLANNED INVESTMENT TO UKRAINE 

 

We hereby announce that the general meeting of confectionery factory 

ZAO Zaporozje shareholders will be convened on March 19, 1999, in order 

to approve the conditions for the planned share issue. In course of the 

issue, AS Kalev plans to acquire 70 % shareholding in the company.
