Mainor Ülemiste is successor of heavy machinery facory Dvigatel that was established in 1899. The objective of Mainor Ülemiste is building a contemporary city district in the 36-hectare territory of former Dvigatel factory as a new home for innovative and knowledge-driven companies. The new district called Ülemiste City highly values inspiration – something that no creative people or successful businesses can do without. Mainor Ülemiste is a company that creates new type business environments following the Smart City Concept. Today in Ülemiste City - the largest business campus is Baltic region - there is 330 companies with total 8000 employees. More than 130 000 sq meters of modern office space has been developed.
Two-thirds of Ülemiste City campus development is being undertaken by Mainor Ülemiste AS.
