Šiaulių Bankas is the largest Lithuanian capital bank, a steadily and consistently growing financial partner, paying special attention to business financing and consumer financing solutions. Šiaulių Bankas serves its clients in 54 client service units in 36 cities and towns throughout Lithuania. The Bank was established in 1992. Šiaulių Bankas Group includes subsidiaries, which operate in the fields of asset management (SB Asset Management), leasing (SB lizingas), renovation (SB modernizavimo fondas I and II), life insurance (SB draudimas) and real estate (SB turto fondas).

The largest shareholders of Šiaulių bankas as of 31 May 2024, after the completion of the transactions between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Invalda INVL, Tesonet Global and Willgrow, are: Invalda INVL – 19.93%, Willgrow – 8.97%, EBRD – 7.25%, Tesonet Global – 5.32%, Algirdas Butkus and related parties – 5.06%, Gintaras Kateiva and related parties – 4.91%. The remaining 48.56% of the shares have been acquired by institutional and retail investors.

Šiaulių bankas is active in the field of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and is consistently increasing its market share in the financial sector. Šiaulių bankas also offers advanced everyday banking services to individuals and businesses, provides consumer and housing loans, actively participates in multi-apartment buildings renovation projects, finances the implementation of energy saving programmes in the country, and is a leader in renovation financing in Lithuania. One of the strongest investment management teams in the Baltics manages Tier II and Tier III pension funds, as well as open-end and closed-end investment funds for retail investors. The Bank is the largest (by number) issuer of bonds in Lithuania (according to Nasdaq CSD).

Šiaulių bankas is also an active broker on the Nasdaq Baltic market, which is a member of all three stock exchanges - Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn, as well as a participant in the Central Depository Nasdaq CSD.

Successful activities of Šiaulių Bankas have been positively evaluated by such business and finance magazines as "The Banker", "Global Finance". Šiaulių Bankas has also been selected as the best customer service bank in Lithuania according to the results of the DIVE Lietuva mystery shopper survey in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2023.
