COMMENTARY TO FINANCIAL RESULTS 07/99

 

The consolidated 7 months 1999 net sales of Tallinna Külmhoone AS amounted 

to 259.9 million EEK. Compared to the same period last year (7 months 1998 

net sales 194.3 million EEK), the company's net turnover increased by 

33.8% or 65.6 million EEK. 

 

7 months' sales of ice-cream totaled 2265.5 tons, providing 10.3% or 212.4 

tons increase on annual basis (2053.1 tons in 1998). 

210.1 tons of ice-cream (9.3% of total ice-cream sales) was exported 

(248.9 tons in 1998).

 

The company's pre-tax profit at the end of July amounted to 16.6 million EEK; 

the respective figure last year totaled 12.5 million EEK.
