COMMENTS TO THE ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN NEWSPAPER "EESTI 

PÄEVALEHT"

 

AS Norma Grupp and Autoliv will continue negotiations about 

sale of major shareholding in AS Norma to Autoliv.

 

The two companies reached an agreement in several important 

issues (number and price of shares to be sold) by the time the 

memorandum of understanding was signed. Norma Grupp hereby 

confirms that the company will sell approximately 50% of the 

shares of AS Norma; however, the transaction price published 

in media is purely speculative. The companies will continue 

negotiations on several other issues, and also prepare the 

necessary contracts.

 

Norma Grupp and Autoliv hope to conclude the contracts in 

September. The company will inform the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

of conclusion of the contract as well as all other significant 

events.
