On 10.08.1999, Reval Hotel Group announced the Tallinn City 

Court's decree to cancel the notes made to the register of 

real estate about sale and burdening of the real estate located 

at Liivalaia 33/33a, Tallinn. The aforementioned decree became 

effective as of 20.09.99.

 

On 23.09.1999, Reval Hotel Group received the Tallinn City 

Court resolution, where the Tallinn City Court cancelled the 

aforementioned restrictions. The resolution will cancel the 

restrictions imposed on Reval Hotel Group for using the estates 

of Liivalaia 33/33a, Tallinn, including additional burdening of 

the estate.
