SALE OF SHAREHOLDING

 

On 25.08.99, Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas AS sold its ownership in 

Magnum-Medical AS (25 000 shares). The company had 8.55% holding in 

Magnum-Medical; the transaction cannot be defined as transaction 

with 

related parties. The price of transaction was 10 million EEK. The 

company intends to use these funds to reduce debts to creditors. 

The 

company will also earn 3.5 million EEK of additional financial 

income. 

Transaction details will be published in the appendixes of the 

company’s Q3 1999 financial reports.
