ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES IN THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

AS Epeks and AS Talinvest as majority shareholders of AS Kalev 

hereby 

confirm that the reason for Supervisory Board members’ resignation 

is 

not inclusion of a new strategic investor. The changes in the 

Supervisory Board were made due to redistribution of work tasks 

between the representatives of the company’s majority shareholders.
