LISTING PROCEDURE ON ADDITIONAL ISSUE OF TALLINNA FARMAATSIATEHASE 

AS 

SHARES

 

Based on the application submitted on 05.08.99, the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange started the procedure for listing of 600 000 additionally 

issued Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS shares on the TSE Secondary 

List.

As of 05.08.99, 1 250 000 shares of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas AS are 

listed on the TSE Secondary List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
