CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

On 01.08.1999, Davide Marco Bizzi resigned from the Management 

Boards 

of AS Pro Kapital and all of its subsidiaries and affiliated 

companies.

 

Hr. Bizzi resigned voluntarily from all positions he held in 

several 

undertakings related to AS Pro Kapital in Estonia, Latvia and 

Lithuania.

 

Due to resignation of Davide Marco Bizzi, the Management Board of 

AS 

Pro Kapital will continue with one member, Andrus Laurits.

 

Davide Marco Bizzi remains one of the company’s major shareholders, 

controlling 7.1% of AS Pro Kapital share capital.
