AS Merko Ehitus reports the intermediate results of the sale and 

exercise of the call options issued for the acquisition of the 

shares 

of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS.

The total number of call options issued was 9999443, of which 

7402362 

call options to the majority shareholder AS Merko Grupp and 2597081 

call options to the minority shareholders. AS Merko Grupp exercised 

all 

7402362 call options. 

As of the call options issued to the minority shareholders 2579081 

the 

results are following:  

minority shareholders have sold to AS Merko Grupp 2032976 call 

options 

i.e. 78,2%, minority shareholders have exercised 97270 call options 

i.e. 3,8% and minority shareholders have not made any transaction 

with 

466835 call options i.e. 18,0%.

The majority shareholder AS Merko Grupp has bought and exercised 

call 

options for 94,4% of the shares of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS, minority 

shareholders have exercised call options for 1,0% of the shares of 

E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS and the call options not exercised amounts to 

4,6% 

of the shares of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS (if not exercised these 

shares 

will remain to AS Merko Ehitus).
