CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF UHISLIISING

 

Yesterday  ,  July  27th,  the  Chairman  of  the  Management Board 

of

Uhisliising  Mr.   Marek  Puidak  handed  in  his  resignation  to 

the

Supervisory Council  of the  leasing company.  The council  decided 

to

approve  the  resignation.  Parallel  to  that  Mr.  Ulo  Suurkask 

was

elected as  the new  Member of  the Supervisory  Council replacing 

the

present member of the Council Ms. Evelin Kolu.

 

Mr. Puidak will continue as  a Member of the Supervisory  Council. 

His

tasks will include advising of leasing in day-to-day operation.

 

Uhisliising will announce an  open bid to find  a new Chairman of  

the

Management  Board.  Until  the  new  Chairman  of the Management 

Board

takes  office,  the  tasks  will   be  fulfilled  by  Member  of   

the

Supervisory Council of the leasing company Mr. Ulo Suurkask whose  

has

been authoritised for the time.

 

For the last three years, Mr. Puidak has been working as the  

Chairman

of the  Management Board  of Uhisliising.  He owns  no shares of 

Eesti

Uhispank.

 

For the last three years, Mr. Ulo Suurkask has been working as  

Member

of the Management  Board of Eesti   Uhispank, vice president  and 

head

of finance. He owns 39,834 shares of Eesti Uhispank.

 

Uhispank owns 96.7 per cent of the shares of Uhisliising.
