ADDITIONS TO ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT INTENDED PURCHASE OFFER BY AS 

EFERELT

 

AS Eferelt desires to acquire in the course of the purchase offer 

100% of the shares held by these shareholders, who own as of 

19.07.99 

less than 5% of outstanding shares of AS Eesti Näitused, i.e. total 

of 630 669 shares.

Public purchase offer does not include Baltic Republics Fund, which 

owns as of 19.07.99 total of 18.2% of outstanding shares of AS 

Eesti
