Tallinna Kaubamaja Kinnisvara AS and Neste Eesti AS concluded 

today, 

on 28.06.99, a contract for purchase of land for establishment of a 

new Selver-chain store to Pirita, Rummu tee 2.

The area of the purchased land is 5623 m². A-Selver AS (subsidiary 

of 

Tallinna Kaubamaja AS) plans to open a new store in Pirita in 

spring 

2000.
