SAKU ÕLLETEHAS ACQUIRED 100% SHAREHOLDING IN AS SAKU LINNAS

 

According to the contract concluded, AS Saku Õlletehas acquired 

100% shareholding in AS Saku Linnas. AS Saku Linnas was formerly 

owned by a Finnish company Oy Lahden Polttimo AB (50%) and AS Saku 

Õlletehas (50%). 

 

AS Saku Linnas discontinued production at the end of last year. AS 

Saku Õlletehas bought the assets of AS Saku Linnas, since the 

territory and buildings of this company are located next to AS Saku 

Õlletehas, which gives AS Saku Õlletehas an option to use this 

territory 

in the future for expansion of production facilities.
