SEB INCREASED ITS STAKE IN ÜHISPANK ABOVE 50%

 

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) has increased its stake in 

Eesti ühispank to 50.15% level, or 33 379 000 shares.

SEB acquired 3 372 000 Eesti Ühispank shares (about 5.15% of the 

bank's share capital), thus exceeding the 50% level.
