EESTI ÜHISPANK ACQUIRED 100 PER CENT OWNERSHIP IN ÜHISLIISING

 

Herewith,  Eesti  Ühispank  informs that it has  acquired   additional

participation in  Eesti Ühispank  Group company  Ühisliising from  the

Agricultural  and  Rural  Life  Credit  Fund.   As  the  result of the

transaction,   Eesti   Ühispank   increased   its   participation   in

Ühisliising from 97.2 per cent to 100% per cent.
