PRO KAPITAL MADE A PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF VENE ST 9 

BUILDING

 

AS Pro Kapital and a company representing foreign investors made a 

preliminary agreement for sale of building located Vene St. 9, 

Tallinn, for 23 000 000 EEK.

 

The parties intend to sign the notarized sales agreement at the end 

of the current year, after the land under the building is privatized. 

 

Pro Kapital acquired Vene St.9 building (general area 2000 m2) from 

AS Eesti Telefon. The building is partially renovated; the headquarters 

of AS Pro Kapital were located in this building in 1997.
