RESIGNATION OF MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER 

 

In accordance with the resolution of Reval Hotelligrupi AS 

Supervisory Board, Andres Liinat, the current chief executive 

of Reval Hotelligrupi AS, will start leading the company's 

new projects.

 

The Supervisory Board of Reval Hotelligrupi AS finds that the 

company will benefit the most from Andres Liinat's long-term 

experience in the developing hotel management environment of 

the Baltic states on launching new projects in Estonia as well 

as in the neighboring markets.

 

Until now the Management Board of Reval Hotelligrupi AS consisted 

of one person. As of 01.11.1999 the Management Board will consist 

of four people, including Urmas Pastarus, Feliks Mägus, Helina 

Tuvike and Katrin Rasmann.

 

The new Management Board will hold its first meeting on 01.11.1999; 

the Management Board members will then also elect the Management 

Board Chairman.
