On 19.10.99 the share purchase agreement made between AS Norma Grupp 

and Autoliv AB became effective. Pursuant to this agreement Autoliv 

AB will acquire 49.5% shareholding in AS Norma. 

The resolutions of AS Norma shareholders' extraordinary general meeting 

from 19.10.99 about recalling and election of the Supervisory Board 

members became effective when the aforementioned agreement came to force.
