LISTING COMMITTEE’S DECISION ABOUT EESTI NÄITUSTE AS

 

The TSE Listing Committee discussed on its 19.10.1999 meeting the 

application of Eesti Näituste AS to terminate the listing agreement 

based on which the shares of Eesti Näituste AS are listed on the 

Secondary List of the Tallinn Stock Exchange.

 

The TSE Listing Committee resolved to conditionally delist the shares 

of Eesti Näituste AS. The resolution will become effective after the

following conditions are met:

 

1. AS Eferelt has made an offering to the minority shareholders, with 

duration of at least 5 (five) weeks, the terms and conditions of which 

are at least equal to those of the first offering.
