BALTIC BEVERAGES HOLDING AND PEPSICO INC. REACHED AN AGREEMENT

 

Baltic Beverages Holding (majority shareholder of Saku Õlletehas) and PepsiCo 

Inc. reached an agreement about production and sale of PepsiCo beverages in 

the Baltic countries. Within the framework of the planned partnership between 

Saku Õlletehas and PepsiCo, AS Saku Õlletehas plans to incur in the beginning 

of the next year the liability for sales of PepsiCo beverages in Estonia. 

The goal of AS Saku Õlletehas is to improve its market position.

 

PepsiCo beverages currently sold in the Baltic region are produced in Poland.
