RESOLUTIONS OF THE TFT AS SUPERVISORY BOARD, CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT 

BOARD

 

Due to completion of restructuring of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS and 

reorganization of the company’s financial activities, the Supervisory 

Board decided to satisfy the application submitted by Arno Kaseniit to 

resign from his position as of 12.08.1999.

 

Arno Kaseniit was appointed a member of TFT AS Management Board on 

12.08.1998. His main tasks included management of the processes of 

restructuring and reorganization of financial activities in Tallinna 

Farmaatsiatehase AS.

 

The Supervisory Board thanked Arno Kaseniit for leading the company’s 

balanced development.
