RESUMPTION OF TRADE IN ASA KINDLUSTUSE AS SHARES

 

The Listing Committee discussed on its 11.06.1999 meeting the 

application submitted by ASA Kindlustuse AS to suspend trade in ASA 

Kindlustuse AS shares until the annual general meeting of shareholders 

due to the negotiations held by AS AB Kindlustuse Grupp to dispose 

56.69% shareholding in AS ASA Kindlustus. After revision of the 

materials submitted, the Listing Committee decided to consider the 

argument insufficient for suspension of trade. The TSE Listing 

Committee also obligated ASA Kindlustuse AS to publish additional 

information about the investments connected with AS Maakri Ehitus via 

the Exchange system. 

 

Proceeding from the above, trade in ASA Kindlustus AS will be resumed 

on Tuesday, 15.06.99 at 10:00 AM.
