CONDITIONAL LISTING OF AS REVAL HOTELLIGRUPP SHARES

 

Pursuant to the TSE Listing Committee’s 11.06.99 decision, 1 300 000 

ordinary shares of AS Reval Hotelligrupp to be issued via public issue, 

are conditionally  listed on the Secondary List of the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange. 

The decision will become effective after publishing of the subscription 

results via the Exchange’s information system, registration of the 

increase in the share capital in the Commercial Register and Estonian 

Central Depository for Securities and amendments required by the TSE 

Listing Committee to the respective listing prospectus.
