CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF AS EMV

 

The Supervisory Board of AS EMV appointed Olaf Herman the new member 

of the Management Board. His area of responsibility is management of 

general construction division.

 

Olaf Herman was born in 1955. 

In 1978, he graduated from the construction department of Tallinn 

Technical University, receiving a diploma in constructional 

engineering.

 

Olaf Herman has worked in AS EMV as of 1980. 

From 1991 to 1999, Olaf Herman was a member of the Supervisory Board 

of AS EMV and manager of general construction division and 

construction director.

 

O. Herman is married and has two children.

O. Herman holds 62.600 shares in AS EMV.
