COMMENTARY TO THE ARTICLE OF ÄRIPÄEV "EXECUTIVES OF ÜHISPANK 

UNDER SUSPICION".

 

As also announced earlier, Eesti Ühispank hereby confirms that it has

not given rise to any forward transactions related losses of

Hüvitusfond. Also the executives of Ühispank have not been related in 

any form to the offshore-companies, which conducted the respective

forward transactions.
