REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL OF LEKS KINDLUSTUSE AS

 

The list of shareholders of Leks Kindlustuse AS will be fixed for 

reduction of share capital on 04.06.99 at 8:00 AM.

 

Proceeding from the above, the shares of Leks Kindlustuse AS are traded 

cum-date for the last day today, on 31.05.99. 

The shares will go ex-date from tomorrow, 01.06.99.

 

The volume of share capital of Leks Kindlustuse AS will be reduced from 

the current level of EEK 76 116 800 to EEK 26 316 800. 

80 000 treasury shares of Leks Kindlustuse AS will be cancelled via 

simplified reduction of share capital, and 4 900 000 nominal ordinary 

shares held by shareholders will be cancelled proportionally with the 

volume of holding.
