LISTING PROCEDURE OF ADDITIONAL ISSUE OF REVAL HOTEL GROUP SHARES

 

Based on the listing application of 12.05.99, the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange started the procedure of listing 1 300 000 shares of AS 

Reval Hotelligrupp on the TSE Secondary List. 

As of 20.05.99, there are 4 088 442 shares of AS Reval Hotelligrupp 

listed on the TSE Secondary List.

of the Tallinn Stock Exchange at (http://www.tse.ee/news/prospekt/)

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the Listing
