TALLINNA FARMAATSIATEHASE AS

In case there is a need to postpone the terms for the additional issue 

of TFT AS shares, the Management Board of TFT AS finds necessary to 

convene the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. Upon 

determining the agenda for the meeting, the Management Board will also 

make a proposal to the Supervisory Board to consider the need to 

postpone the deadline for exercising the pre-emptive subscription right 

for additional share issue (currently 31.05.99).

 

Postponing of the aforementioned terms is necessary to meet the 

requirements for share issue and provide the shareholders with 

additional time for subscription.

 

The Supervisory Board of TFT AS will be convened in week 20 (current 

week) to make the respective decision and determine the agenda.
