SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS OF TALLINNA FARMAATSIATEHASE AS SHARES

 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS will fix the list of shareholders on 

17.05.99 for determining subscription rights for the shares to be 

issued based on the respective resolution of the 30.04.99 annual 

general meeting of shareholders.

 

Proceeding from the above, shares of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS are 

traded cum-rights for the last day today, on 11.05.99. The shares 

will go ex-rights for subscription from tomorrow, 12.05.99.
