LISTING PROCEDURE OF ADDITIONAL ISSUE OF AS EESTI ÜHISPANK SHARES

 

Based on the listing application of 07.05.99, the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange started the procedure of listing of 410 939 ordinary shares 

of AS Eesti Ühispank, issued via direct issue to Nederlandse 

Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V, on the TSE 

Main List. As of 07.05.99, there are 66 151 442 ordinary shares of AS 

Eesti Ühispank listed on the TSE Main List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the 

Listing Committee made during the listing procedure.
