NEW MEMBERS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF EESTI ÜHISPANK

 

The 10.04.99 annual general meeting of AS Eesti Ühispank shareholders 

elected the Supervisory Board. Compared to the previous Board, two new 

members were included to represent Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken 

(SEB), the largest shareholder of Eesti Ühispank. Pursuant to article

3.2.2. of section "Requirements for Issuers" of the TSE Rules and 

Regulations, we hereby publish the following information about the 

new members of of the Supervisory Board.

 

 

MONICA BIRGITTA CANEMAN

Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Ühispank as of 11.04.1999.

Birth time and place: 15.02.1954, Sweden.

Employment: Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, as of 1977. 

1997 - vice-president of retail banking,

1998 - vice-president of financing and banking in Baltics,

SEB Group, member of the Management Board.

Does not hold shares in Eesti Ühispank.

 

MATS KJAER

Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Ühispank as of 11.04.1999.

Birth time and place: 14.08.1950, Sweden.

Employment: Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, as of 1971,

1995 - manager of SEB South region, retail banking,

1998 - SEB Baltic Holding, president.

Does not hold shares in Eesti Ühispank.
