Due to registration of the directed share issue(5 219 984 shares) of AS 

Hansapank in the Commercial Register and the Estonian Central 

Depository for Securities, 78 764 434 shares of Hansapank will be 

traded under a common name of Hp starting from Wednesday, 14.04.99.

 

Trading takes place on dealer market.

Minimum lot is 2000 and price tick 0.25 EEK.
