ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF AS ESTIKO SHAREHOLDERS WAS POSTPONED

 

The AGM of AS Estiko, convened by the Management Board on 01.04.99, was 

postponed since quorum was not present.

 

The Management Board of AS Estiko will re-convene the AGM on 22.04.99. 

Time and place of the new AGM will be specified and announced in the 

beginning of the coming week.
