MEMBER OF AS KALEV MANAGEMENT BOARD RESIGNED

 

AS Kalev Management Board member Mr. Jaak Uus presented today to the 

Supervisory Board the letter of resignation, due to resignation from 

the position of the company’s sales director as of March 24, 1999. The 

Supervisory Board decided to satisfy the resignation of Mr. Jaak Uus. 

The Supervisory Board shall appoint a new member to the Management 

Board during the month of April. The duties of the sales director shall 

be met by the current marketing director Ragner Simson.
