1998 PROFIT DISTRIBUTION PROPOSAL

 

The Supervisory Board of AS Norma approved the time and agenda of the 

general meeting of shareholders, and reviewed the manager’s proposal 

regarding the 1998 profit distribution, which will be presented to the 

annual general meeting of shareholders on April 15.      

The proposal for the amendments to the Articles of Association concerns 

the number of members in the AS Norma Management Board.

The 1998 consolidated net profit of AS Norma amounted to 47 577 561 

EEK.

 

Profit distribution proposal:

To pay to the shareholders dividends in the amount of 30% of the 

share’s nominal value, i.e. 3 EEK per share, totaling 39600 thousand 

EEK. 

Not to distribute between the shareholders the rest amount of the 

profit in the 7977561 EEK.

 

The shareholders’ list for dividend payments will be fixed as of April 

30, 1999, at 9.00 AM.
