DECISIONS OF THE COUNCIL OF HANSABANK

 

In its meeting, held yesterday on March 18, Lars-Olof Ödlund 

announced his resignation from the council due to his 

retirement from Swedbank. Mr. Ödlund’s resignation has to be 

approved by the shareholders’ meeting.

The Council also approved the resignation of Rain Lõhmus from 

Hansabank’s board, effective as of March 23, 1999.
