RESIGNATION OF MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER

 

The Supervisory Board of AS EMV satisfied on 01.11.1999

the resignation application of Management Board member

Martti Siimann. Mr. Siimann resigned from the Management 

Board due to his transfer to Hansapank. 

 

The Management Board of AS EMV will continue with three

members.
