MART MÄGI WAS APPOINTED THE NEW DIRECTOR OF EESTI KINDLUSTUS

 

 

The extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of AS Eesti Kindlustus, 

held on March 10, decided to recall the present council 

consisting of Jüri Mõis, Rain Lõhmus and Piret Raudsepp. The 

meeting appointed a new council consisting of the corporate 

banking division director Gerd Müller, CFO of Hansapank Erkki 

Raasuke, CFO of Hansa Capital Tarmo Rooteman, former chairman 

of the board of Eesti Kindlustus Mart Einpalu and the chairman 

of the board of Hansa Capital Mart Tooming.

 

In its first meeting the new council appointed Mart Tooming as 

the chairman and decided to recall the present board. Mart Mägi 

was appointed the sole member of the board of Eesti Kindlustus.
