ANNOUNCEMENT 

16.02.99.

 

 

In relation with the 05.02.99 resolution of Tallinn City Court to 

satisfy the application of Eesti Pank to file a petition of bankruptcy 

of EVEA Panga AS, and the announcement of bankruptcy of EVEA Panga AS, 

the Management Board of EVEA Panga AS (bankrupt) submitted on 12.02.99 

to the Management Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange an application to 

terminate the TSE membership status of EVEA Panga AS (bankrupt), and an 

application to the TSE Listing Committee to delist the ordinary shares 

of EVEA Panga AS (bankrupt) from the TSE secondary list.

 

EVEA Panga AS has submitted an appeal to Tallinna Linnakohus (Tallinn 

City Court).
