INFORMATION ABOUT SIGNIFICANT SUPPLYING

 

The subsidiary of Eesti Telekom, AS Eesti Mobiiltelefon (EMT),  

ordered on 19.01.1999 from LM Ericsson OY technological 

supplements for GSM centers for 2.08 million DEM. The term of 

delivery set in the contract is 16 weeks. 

 

The order will increase the capacity of controllers of the 

centers operating the support stations, which will enable to 

perform additional functions simultaneously in greater volumes.

 

The frame contract about the purchase of SM-network’s software 

and hardware was made between EMT and OY LM Ericsson AB on 

September 5, 1994. The signed contract concerns the general terms 

of sale, purchase and installment of GSM-network equipment until 

the end of 1999. The contract will be realized on the basis of 

separate written orders.
