CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF EESTI ÜHISPANK

 

On February 10, 1999, the Supervisory Board of Eesti Ühispank 

decided to recall the following members from the Management 

Board of Eesti  Ühispank:

 

Ott Karolin, vice president, manager of credit and corporate banking 

division;

 

Urmas Pütsepp, director of financial planning division;

 

and elect Andrus Kimber (director of the Estonian loan division) a 

new member of the Management Board. The decision of the Supervisory 

Board will become effective as of February 15, 1999.

 

Andrus Kimber was born on August 15, 1972 in Viljandi. He has a business

degree, majoring in finance and banking, from the University of Tartu (1994).

Kimber works in Ühispank from September 13, 1994.

 

Employment record of Andrus Kimber during the last three years:

March  1996 - April 1997 manager of the loan department of Eesti Ühispank,

April 1997 - July 1998 loan director of Eesti Ühispank,

July 1998 director of the Estonian loan division of Eesti Ühispank.

 

As of 31.12.1998, Andrus Kimber owns 30 044 shares of Eesti Ühispank.
