SALE OF HOLDING IN LEKS KINDLUSTUS

 

AS Eesti Ühispank hereby confirms that negotiations are currently 

held with Alte Leipziger Europa for sale of AS Eesti Ühispank's 

shareholding in Leks Kindlustuse AS.

Eesti Ühispank currently owns 47.7% holding in Leks Kindlustuse AS 

share capital.

Information about transaction details will be published after 

conclusion of negotiations.
