Changes in the structure of ASA Kindlustus

 

The Management Board of ASA Kindlustus AS decided today to 

transfer on January 27 the current sales and development 

structures of ASA Kindlustus AS to AS AB Kindlustuse Grupp. 

Starting from January 27, the workers of the mentioned 

structural units are employed by AS AB Kindlustuse Grupp.

 

By transferring the life and damage insurance sales structures, 

the company plans to decrease administrative and contracting 

expenses, and increase the sales volume of insurance products.
