CONDITIONAL LISTING OF AS EESTI TELEKOM SHARES

 

According to the Listing Committee’s 20.01.99 decision, 

73,500,000 AS Eesti Telekom A-type ordinary shares are 

conditionally listed on the main list of the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange. The decision will come to force after the following 

conditions are met:

 

1. completion of the initial public offering, disclosure of the 

offering results and transfer of the shares sold to the 

securities accounts of new investors in the Estonian Central 

Depository for Securities;

 

2. make the amendments seen as necessary by the TSE Listing 

Committee to the listing prospectus in order to make the content 

of the prospectus uniquely understandable and secure better 

access to information for investors.
