AGREEMENT BETWEEN TFT AS AND GRINDEX 

 

According to the reorganization plan of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase 

AS (TFT) and due to the acquisition of Hansapank’s claim by 

Grindex, TFT AS and Grindex as a major shareholder of TFT agreed 

that TFT will convene a general meeting of shareholders within 3 

months. TFT will make proposals for additional issuance of TFT 

share and to capitalize the claim acquired by Grindex from 

Hansapank into TFT share capital.
