ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT TALLINNA KÜLMHOONE AS AND LEEDU KPC

 

1. The following major shareholders of Tallinna Külmhoone AS 

(hereinafter TKH) were made a proposal for exchange of shares of 

TKH for shares of KPC: Udo Puust, Anatoli Bekergun, Margus Puust, 

Jaan Luks, Estonian Engineering AS, Daymark Holdings Ltd.

2. The share exchange rate to be offered to the minority 

shareholders of TKH is to be determined. The offering to be made 

after registration of the holding company will be in line with the 

stock exchange rules and regulations valid at that time.

3. No changes will be made in the business activities of TKH. The 

company's main fields of activity will remain production of 

ice-cream, and wholesale of frozen and refrigerated foodstuff. The 

volume of ice-cream export is expected to grow.
