ABOUT THE SHARE ISSUANCE OF EESTI KINDLUSTUS

 

As an additional comment to the share issuance of Eesti 

Kindlustus, we would like to say that the given issuance is 

carried through in order to strengthen the capital base of 

Eesti Kindlustuse Grupp. The loss occurred during the financial 

year has decreased the capital of Eesti Kindlustus, as well as 

the write-own of the buildings and other objects in the total 

amount of 17.8 million EEK in the IV quarter.
